We also analyze your product catalog data to provide our services. The location information is used exclusively to determine the appropriate language settings for your shop, enhancing your user experience. Our catalog analysis involves performing derived analytics on your product catalog, including color analysis and shape analysis of catalog items. These analytics help us provide personalized recommendations and insights. Importantly, we do not store any images of processed catalog items after the analysis is complete.

Shopper Information Processing

For shoppers using our services, we temporarily process selfie images for analysis purposes only. Our shopper analysis process involves processing shopper selfies to determine seasonal color type and body shape using locally deployed models and AI vision models from OpenAI and Groq. Once the analysis is completed, images are deleted immediately from our system. We do not store or retain shopper images. We assign anonymous identifiers to shoppers and store source platform IDs when available. We do not store or have access to any personally identifiable information (PII) of shoppers.

Data Storage and Retention

We store email addresses for business communications, shop information and derived analytics, anonymous shopper identifiers and source platform IDs, and analytical results including color and shape analysis data. We do not store shopper selfie images, product catalog images after processing, or shopper personally identifiable information (PII). All stored data is kept secure and is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
